How Much is Shipping? :

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.

Currency Conversion
All our prices are displayed in British Pounds (£), currency conversion is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.

Shipping
We use Royal Mail international signed for service for deliveries outside the UK which will require a signature upon receipt.

All our packages are sent in discreet packaging and if a customs form is required we mark the goods as "clothing"

Please note that all deliveries outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. As we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be, additional charges for customs clearance must be paid for by you.

Your order will leave the UK within 1-3 working days, delivery times will vary depending upon your postal service, but we estimate European and international orders will arrive within 5 - 28 working days.

European & International Returns
We will be happy to exchange faulty items or issue a refund. Returns must be received within 21 days from receipt of goods. The online form must be completed and acknowledged email received before your return.

Shipping: Customer is responsible for shipping fees to send the return back to Merchant's Den and for re-shipping for exchanges.
